Connor is 6 weeks old today or 30 weeks gestation as is corrected age. That means we only have 10 weeks until his official due date and when he can hopefully come home. He gained another 20g overnight, making him a whopping 1150 grams or 2.5 pounds. He is now getting 14 mL of fortified milk every 2 hours and tolerating it well.
We had a great, hour-long snuggle today and Mike read him "I Love You Forever" by Robert Munsch. This was my childhood favourite and a gift from his auntie Sara. :) All three of us enjoyed it.
Sounds like a good day. I love that book, it makes me cry though. I am really looking forward to the day when we can meet Connor in person.

Michelle, I have your blog set on my internet explorer so I never forget to read your updates daily. I don't know you but I heard of your story through a coworker. I just want to say we are all thinking of you and we are wishing you, your husband, and Connor all the best.
