Connor is doing pretty well today. He is "swinging" his oxygen saturation more than usual so he had some blood work done. It showed that he has low hemoglobin again. We are going to monitor and wait and see if he can manufacture more hemoglobin on his own before giving him a blood transfusion. He also has a little sore, irritated spot on his cheek from taping and retaping his endotracheal and feeding tubes.
We had a nice snuggle today and he is finally (almost) big enough to wear his preemie-sized onesies we bought him so we had a little fashion show. :)
We have a family meeting with Connor's doctor, primary nurse and social worker to discuss Connor's progress on Wednesday.
