Had a quick visit with the boy today. He looked the most comfortable that we have ever seen him. He had his arterial line removed and total IV nutrition line stopped. He was also weaned a bit off the IV fentanyl for pain because he did so well overnight. He was started on his first milk feeding in a week this afternoon. I still didn't get to hold him today but he was so comfortable, it was just as well. Maybe tomorrow? :)
