Not much to update in the last week and a half except that Connor had an eye exam last week and his ROP is now at Stage 1, Zone 3 in both eyes. This is the lowest stage of ROP and the closest stage to being disease-free! He is sleeping really well, eating well and gaining weight. He still doesn't really cry unless he is really upset about something like getting an eye exam or a vaccine injection.
We are adjusting to being at home and are slowly trying to get out of the house a bit more. It's a careful balancing act between isolating him from others and protecting him from germs and getting out of the house so I don't get too anxious/depressed or go too stir crazy (...too late).
First lunch out with Grandpa. LOL.

What a lovely blog. I live in England and had my daughter at 24 weeks 7 weeks ago. We are still living at the NICU and your story gives me great hope, thank you for sharing xx
