There have been so many little updates in the past week!
Connor had two eye exams (last Thursday and yesterday) and both showed that his ROP is now only at Stage 1, Zone 2 in both eyes! Such a dramatic difference from just 4 weeks ago.
He has also become quite the piggy, weighing in at 6 pounds, 9 ounces. His feeds just decreased yesterday to be given over 30 minutes instead of 45 and he handled it really well. He started practicing non-nutritive sucking over the weekend and we are trying an oral feed today. :)
Also, last night he was moved down the hall to the Level 2 neonatal nursery. He is no longer a NICU patient! Hopefully, we will be out of here soon and off to Joseph Brant, halfway home.
OMG Michelle .. 6 lbs 9 oz, he is a little hulk.
